Former Arsenal forward Kevin Campbell believes Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino will leave the club at the end of the season.
The 30-year-old has not been the club’s ufabet main striker this season. By losing the position to Diogo Jota often and the arrival of Luis Diaz is even more of a problem in the field.
Firmino has made just 18 Premier League appearances and started just nine this season, with the remainder of his contract until 2023, and Campbell believes the player is likely to leave. from the team this summer
“Honestly, I think Firmino will leave, although I would love to see him stay. He’s good enough to start at another big club,” Campbell told Football Insider.
“Liverpool will have to adjust their squad this summer. I really thought he would leave Mane and Salah needed a new contract. It was the most difficult to contract them all considering the wages they wanted.”
“It will be interesting to see who will sign and who will not, I don’t think Firmino is the first priority.”
During his time at the club, he has won the Premier League, the Champions League and a League Cup.
In recent months, Firmino has become fifth choice in the pecking order behind Mane, Salah, Jota and Diaz.
